Our Services

We provide residential plumbing services in the North Houston area. Descriptions on this website are general information, not a promise that a specific repair is right for your home. Your plumber will diagnose the problem on-site and recommend options.

Booking and Appointments

• Online bookings and appointment requests are confirmed once we contact you or send a confirmation.
• Appointments are scheduled as arrival windows. Emergencies, traffic and job conditions can affect timing, and we’ll keep you updated if we’re running late.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call us as early as possible.
• An adult (18+) who is authorized to approve work on the property should be present for the appointment.

Pricing, Estimates and Payment

• We provide an upfront price for the work before we start. No work begins until you approve it.
• If we discover conditions during the job that change the scope (for example, hidden damage), we’ll explain and get your approval before doing additional work.
• Payment is due when the work is complete unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Any fees for diagnostics or trip charges will be explained before the visit or before work begins.

Workmanship Guarantee

Our work is backed by a lifetime workmanship guarantee. The terms and any exclusions for your job will be stated on your estimate or invoice. The guarantee covers our workmanship; manufacturer warranties on equipment and parts are provided by the manufacturer. The guarantee does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, freezing, flooding or other events outside our control, or work later changed by someone else.

Pristine Water Protection Plan

The Pristine Water Protection Plan is an optional membership. Plan benefits, pricing, coverage details, renewal and cancellation terms are provided in writing when you enroll and control over any description on this website.

Licensing and Consumer Information

Plumbing work is performed under a license issued by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners (TSBPE). Our license number is available on request and appears on our estimates and invoices.

Text Message Terms

By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our forms (or otherwise agreeing), you agree to receive text messages from us as described below.

• Program: 713 Plumbing Solutions customer text messages.
• What you’ll receive: appointment confirmations, arrival and reminder notices, estimates and job updates, replies to your questions and, only if you separately opt in, occasional offers and promotions.
